Jasper loves the outdoors but can only go outdoors in Baltimore County with a leash, and he is not leash-trained. He can be called home by shaking his treats out the door and responding to snaps. He picked that up from me, working from home, trying to get him to get down from things. He loves to be patted but not much for petting. He loves to smell your food and drink to ensure it is not "poisoned"; He hates getting his nails cut but has a prescription for gabapentin; it calms him down enough to allow it, and it's the same with traveling. He is very vocal and will "talk back"; He also enjoys playing with toys and can fetch them. He will return it to you, but it is just out of reach. He loves the paper in the chewy box more than the chewy box.
